Maximize Your Singleness is a self help and personal enhancement book for anyone, but specifically for incarcerated individuals and single women and men that would like to enhance themselves through various techniques and strategies that God taught me as a single mom. During several years of training, walking through mud some days and dry ground on others, I had to constantly act on all of the written goals and positive spoken affirmations. I believed that in order for me to focus on me and enhance my spiritual life, in addition to combating the dysfunction that was always trying to step back into my present, I first needed to forgive myself and be healed of the self inflicted pain and trauma that I experienced as a result of living aimlessly.
